He attended Nelly’s E.I Institute College and learned how to both engineer and perfect his songwriting skills. Many people would have never guessed that Salt was a talented performer, vocalist and rapper. For so long he has been the man behind the scenes making everyone look perfect but after being encouraged by Star Branding Specialist, Abesi Manyando of Abesi PR, Salt decided to step away from behind the scenes and stand in front. Clearly this is where he belongs and this is how Salt came to life. “I’m like a diamond in a bag of rocks waiting to be discovered” says the comedic artist. “The struggles of growing up in St. Louis and being an individual who is different in a conservative Midwest city is not easy but I believe in me and I truly sympathize with those who don’t and didn’t cause I’m coming for the crown.” Just in time for the holidays, Salt shares his flavor with us on Atlanta Star producer, Nicholas Minter track, “Cornflake.” Enjoy. -L.F
